We guarantee the hours you pay for per month. For example, if you are
a small or midsized business with 3 or 4 computers you would probably choose
3 to 4 hours of maintenance per month. We then would guarantee that we
would give your system that much attention, either remotely or on site.
We would visit your office regularly and be on call to provide needed
services such as:
